DOUBLEPEN PA is a dual-chamber semi-automatic autoinjector containing Pralidoxime Chloride and Atropine Sulfate, developed for emergency first aid treatment of organophosphate and nerve agent poisoning.

The device is designed for rapid antidote administration during the critical pre-hospital phase following chemical exposure. DOUBLEPEN PA supports immediate medical response in CBRN incidents, particularly under military and tactical operational conditions.
